We are proud to announce that our partner, Javier Garibay, has successfully completed the INSOL Global Insolvency Practice Course, and effective July 1, 2025, will hold the distinguished title of INSOL Fellow—becoming the first Mexican lawyer ever to receive this prestigious international recognition.
The INSOL Fellowship is regarded as the world’s leading credential in cross-border insolvency and restructuring. It is awarded only to those professionals who demonstrate outstanding expertise, commitment, and leadership in the global insolvency arena. This year’s cohort was composed of select practitioners from around the world, and we are honored that Javier represented both our firm and Mexico at the highest level.
